Delapitated. Parking lot full of pot holes. Use to be great. That no longer is true. Island of shopping center is old and outdated. "L" shaped shopping area is very nice looking. The problem is, in order to get to it you have to hope not to damage your vehicle in the process. Looks like they just don't care. Sad.

It is now called the Knapp's Centre. And it is occupied by The Eyde Company, Dewpoint, CGI Technologies, Draper Eyewear, & The Runway. More businesses and offices are moving in all the time. The apartments are almost all leased. Still is Logan Square. Not sure what the hell anderson hob is. Also note a blight and has nothing to do with any southtown bars to my knowledge as there aren't any in the shopping center.

A new shoe carnival has opened in Lansing mall! Huge store, lots of different shoes. And their prices are better than shoe dept. and they'll price match too!

Caution! This area was not only found to have high levels of arsenic in the soil!! Past history suggests the dumping of PBB's. Cannot find evidence of water, soil, or biological studies regarding complete toxicology studies!

I had a shut off notice for 403.00 witch I payed and I have receipt for this. I have moved and consumers added the money I already payed to my new billing address. I did call consumers power operators and they said I still owe this money I told them I have receipts. I asked them I would like to talk to a supervisor and they would not let me talk to one. All I got is the run around. I NEED HELP what should I do? Today I got my receipts together and I wrote a letter to consumers.I would like to send it to this office and see if you can make it right for me. I am on a fixed income. 3 days ago I got a letter in the mail and it said I am on a budget plan and I never agreed to it.I hope you can help me with this I am sending this letter to 530 W. A cement walking path and large greenhouse were recently built here. The community pool, once out of order, has been repaired and is the site of much activity in the summer. The park is a place of much activity, even in the fall and winter months. Public cameras watch over the area 24/7. Two well-maintained playgrounds and a tennis court are also present. A safe and inviting place.

Um there has been many changes in Rivendell. We only have 2 cats, Tonka and Paco, and there is 11 people living here. Just wanted to update. Thanks!

Another blight on the neighborhood. Hopefully, the city council will grow a pair and shut this mismanaged train-wreck. Finally get rid of the Southtown bar after many fights and shootings and they go turn this place into a dive. Thanks Discount Dave

not true, lots of QDs don't sell liquor. this one does have a pretty bad beer selection, but the employees are all cool
