Delapitated. Parking lot full of pot holes. Use to be great. That no longer is true. Island of shopping center is old and outdated. "L" shaped shopping area is very nice looking. The problem is, in order to get to it you have to hope not to damage your vehicle in the process. Looks like they just don't care. Sad.

It is now called the Knapp's Centre. And it is occupied by The Eyde Company, Dewpoint, CGI Technologies, Draper Eyewear, & The Runway. More businesses and offices are moving in all the time. The apartments are almost all leased. The link below is an article about the opening and the restoration of the historical building.

Still is Logan Square. Not sure what the hell anderson hob is. Also note a blight and has nothing to do with any southtown bars to my knowledge as there aren't any in the shopping center.
